What the differents and similars between Chinese famliy and American family today? why we used culture shock describe someone who just come over to another country?Today I want write about common family in China and in America.
Families style usually different because they have different culture.In China ,most of family only have one child .The reason sometimes are different . Because a government provisions lots of family decide they only want one child..Another familys who only want one child in the home because personal reason,such as me.In my family, my parents do not have one more child because I did not wanted litter sisters or brothers when I was young,.whatever, most of Chinese families only have one child. In the United States, most of families have more than one child.The parents want them children had brothers or sisiters that made them did not feel lonely.I think this is a kind of culture shock.
Sometimes families style seemed same way because the globalization make it..In the passed year, both of Chinese families and American families almost only father go to work and mother become housewife. But now, everything is change,Most of women want work ,they do not want their social role only someone's wife or mother. The women want be more useful and get a high-social position. For example , my mother is accountant.She is work in the big accounting firm now.And in United States, most women decide work,too.Such as my English teachers.Both of them are women ,and they still work when they already married.
All in all, both of China and United States families have big changes.Some of them are better for home life.Some of them maybe make home life more difficult.
